REFUND PROCESS

Our policy is to re-send orders that encounter logistics problems with shipping or customs delays. Once we have identified a shipping issue, we will quickly re-send your order. These orders are not eligible for a refund.

We adhere to a 30 day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your order was made, we unfortunately will not be able to offer you a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us through info@glamiara.com. We will require your order # or the name the order was made under. After we have verified the purchase, you may send the item back to us and we can get to work on your return. Please include your order # on the package so we can identify it once it arrives. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Your refund will be issued in the form of the original purchase method. Please be patient as some banks take a week or so to credit the refund into your account.

If after a week you still have not received your refund, please contact your bank and they will be able to report to you if an issue has arisen. You may also contact us at any time if you require further information relating to your refund.

Please be aware that we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Please order carefully and check that you have ordered the color you wanted. If we send you the wrong color by mistake we will send you the right color free of charge and you may keep the products you have already received.
